This page explains how Pino Build handles information you send through pinobuild.com, especially the contact form.
Who we are
Pino Build is an independent software studio. For privacy questions, email hello@pinobuild.com.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive the fields you fill in: name, email, optional company, project details, and related notes. Our host may also log basic technical data such as IP address to keep the site working and limit abuse.
Why we use it
We use this information only to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Email delivery
Form messages are sent with Resend, an email delivery provider, to hello@pinobuild.com so we can read and reply. Resend processes the message for delivery.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details as long as needed to reply. If we do not start a project, we typically delete or archive the inquiry within 12 months.
Sharing
We do not share your information except with providers needed to run the site and send email, or if the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent by emailing hello@pinobuild.com.
