Pino Build

How it works

A simple process, built around clarity.

Every project follows the same four-step structure. No surprises, no scope creep, no disappearing acts.

01

Tell me about your project

Fill out the project inquiry form. Share your goals, constraints, existing resources, and timeline expectations. No pitch deck required — a few clear paragraphs is enough.

Reviewed within 1 business day
NDA available on request
No commitment required at this stage
02

Clarify the scope

We get on a call to discuss the details. I ask the questions that need asking — technical constraints, design assets, integrations, edge cases. The goal is to leave nothing ambiguous.

30–60 minute discovery call
Written scope document provided
Realistic timeline discussed
03

Build in milestones

Work is divided into clearly defined milestones. Each one has a deliverable, a review, and an approval step. You always know where things stand and nothing moves forward without sign-off.

Milestone-based billing
Regular progress updates
Staging environment for review
04

Launch and improve

After launch, there's a handoff period for documentation, deployment setup, and knowledge transfer. Ongoing maintenance or iteration is available if you need it.

Full source code ownership
Deployment and docs included
Post-launch support available

Principles

How I like to work.

Direct communication

No account managers, no handoffs. You communicate with the person doing the work.

Honest estimates

I'd rather give you a realistic number upfront than pad scope later.

You own everything

Full source code ownership. No lock-in. No proprietary platforms you can't move away from.

Async-first

Most collaboration happens asynchronously. Calls are scheduled when they're genuinely needed.

Ready to get started?

The first step is simple — just tell me what you're trying to build.
